A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Market & Customer Lead for Siemens Energy in Latam North, you will guide an international team of Account Managers using a consultive selling approach. 

Using those resources shape and support execution of the Latam North country strategy, collaborating closely with local and global business areas (BA/IMBs), as well as key functions including Market & Strategy, Communications, and Government Affairs.

You will directly oversee Account Managers who engage with senior executives at major clients. You and your team will be available to manage any customer escalations and coordinate resolution strategies with business areas.

Oversee development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in Latam North including complex customer project developments and investments into supply chain, leveraging government grants and partnerships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Being the source of the Latam North market and customer information advising the rest of the organization on development of the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of Siemens Energy’s local and global strategic priorities in Latam North, driving growth through industry and government partnerships.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team to build strong, relevant relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and Latam North leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions across Government Affairs, and Strategy.
  • Resolve complex customer escalations with agility and sound judgement.
  • Represent Siemens Energy at the executive level with key accounts, national energy stakeholders.
  • Advance initiatives in digitalization, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain localization through targeted investment strategies.

What You Bring

  • A university or college degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven strategic background in the energy sector, with deep knowledge of the Latam North energy landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering organizational impact.
  • Passion for continuous learning and talent development.
  • English at professional working proficiency level.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time

About the team:

The selected person will work jointly with local and global business areas (BA/IMBs), as well as key functions including Market & Strategy, Communications, and Government Affairs.

The selected person will lead an international team of Accounts Managers.
