Supporting Gas Services New Units ramp-up activities in KSA through developing all required network with all authorities and policy makers. Develop required partnership frameworks with partners in countries and abroad to facilitate required activities and ensure proper awareness of country policies. avail access to main stakeholders and establish proper connections to critical organizations in KSA.

Establish and manage the required reporting structure for internal and external stakeholders. Leading the administrative activities with external players and act as a first point of contact for GS teams to external world to define working methodologies. Educate internal stakeholders on policies and ensure compliance to accelerate executions of ongoing projects / plans.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, visas, and local content compliance while ensuring alignment with internal and external policies.
• Supporting localization required measures to fulfill SE GS localization strategy (e.g. Saudization, local supply chain, local footprint) Build and maintain relationships with customers, national departments, and partners to support business needs and localization initiatives.
• Support Overall activities and Resources schedule management, availability, risk assessment, coordination/planning including visa & permits (Manpower deployment histogram) in alignment with PM & HR.                                      
• Facilitate procurement bundling, logistics, and document control while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and identifying localization opportunities.
• Drive partnerships programs with MOE, SEC and other entities to ensure proper representation of SE and identify actionable plans that can improve SE Local value scores.
• Facilitate special processes needed for admin topics considering business portfolio approach instead of single project benefit (e.g. visa requirements, transportation and logistical requirements, etc.). Support Cross project handling of admin topics w/ cost optimal solution.

What You Bring 

• University degree in Engineering or Business, with proven success in program and partnership management involving government or semi-government organizations.
• Track record of managing multi-project programs, complex stakeholder setups, and virtual teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience working with international teams or multinational organizations, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, decision-making, results orientation, and a strong focus on quality and organization.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, networking abilities, coaching and mentoring expertise, and situational sensitivity.
• Embodies Siemens values, inspires and motivates teams, and maintains a strong customer-centric approach.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
