• We seek an exceptionally talented and well-rounded senior industrial executive with extensive exposure across functions within a multi-national corporation
• The successful candidate will be an excellent strategic operating executive with a strong track record of demonstrated leadership and strategic delivery in a best-in-class, global, company known for excellence in innovation and quality. On a personal level, this individual will be known for his/her superb leadership qualities, networking ability, and communications skills
•  A variety of work experiences touching on industries related to the energy industry would be of great importance, as well as experience in sales and business development
• Prior successful P&L responsibility in a business which involves both products and service.
• Experience in government relations at federal and local levels

Your responsibilities

•  Represents Siemens Energy in Malaysia as a corporate legal representative. Reports directly to the Senior Vice President for Hub Asia Pacific of Siemens Energy
• Responsible for customer relationship management, market development, people development and cost optimization at country level in line with Hub Asia Pacific leadership group
• Develops a transparent and structured view of country market that identifies, conveys, and discusses emerging market trends, recognizes customer needs, competitive opportunities and threats and other market insights required to improve the competitive position of Siemens Energy
• Implements growth strategies for Siemens Energy against the background of the market continuing to grow strongly
• Plays a key role on local social and public initiatives, helping Siemens Energy contribute to the societies we live and operate in
• Manages relationships with governments and other authorities
• Becomes the Disciplinary head of business unit leaders located in Malaysia
• Ensures compliance with and execution of requirements defined by Siemens Energy
