Your main focus will be on the Salesforce.com platform, where you will lead initiatives that drive our success and innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including business representatives, external vendors, and internal partners.
• Contribute actively within our Salesforce architecture group to enhance our systems.
• Support internal business units by gathering their requirements and crafting user stories.
• Promote cross-organizational collaboration to foster a unified approach to CRM solutions.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or solution architect, ideally utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration.
• Experience working in an international, intercultural environment, showcasing adaptability.
• Demonstrated delivery experience across multiple countries and locations.
• Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus.
• A background in Business Analysis or Project Management is beneficial.

The Siemens Energy CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Value Center is a global IT team with a significant presence in the Orlando area, specializing in IT applications and technology to support CRM initiatives. We provide Siemens Energy with enterprise-level solutions by leveraging commercially available software like Salesforce.com, Tacton, and other Sales & Marketing applications. Our mission is to empower our organization to achieve its targets by delivering best-in-class services and solutions across various functions, including IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology, and more.
