We are currently seeking a motivated, technology savvy Candidate Experience Partner to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for Siemens Energy. This role will suit individuals with a passion for sourcing candidates using innovative and collaborative techniques & tools to identify, connect and engage skilled individuals while building pipelines of talented people that meet our hiring needs. • Work on diverse projects and initiatives as a member of a global talent acquisition team
• Collaborate and partner with managers to develop and expand your industry knowledge
• Contribute to improvements and efficiencies in our talent acquisition processes
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Analyse data on sourcing and conversion efforts using ATS to understand the efficiency of sourcing efforts
• Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates
• Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc
• Proactively build a high-level overview of talent landscape, skills combination and other related data to provide advisory and business partnering relationships with hiring stakeholders.
• Promote inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions
• Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers
• Market Siemens Energy as an employer of choice
What You Bring
• Solid experience as a TA Sourcer with experience gained from either RPO, agency or in-house
• Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and professional channels such as LinkedIn, etc
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches is essential. Exampling experience of Social Talent training, advanced sourcing techniques is highly desirable.
• Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to make changes to approaches depending on market availability of talent segments
• Customer orientated in managing and exceeding expectations
