- Assist in the preparation and tracking of project documentation, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Help coordinate internal and external communication, including meeting minutes, status updates, and reports
- Contribute to quality checks, risk tracking, and documentation reviews
- Support data collection and analysis for project planning, cost estimation, and resource tracking
- Assist in organizing design and process reviews and follow up on action items
- Help maintain project databases and document repositories
- Enrolled in a master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in HVDC technology, control systems, or high-voltage engineering
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week during the semester
