A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of the BV PIP team you will support a new important mental health initiative within the segment. You will work closely with the project lead as well as an external provider to plan and complete close to 100 mental health training for colleagues across the world.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support of a new mental health initiative
  • Development of a training schedule in close alignment with external provider and sites
  • Booking of training rooms around the globe and planning the catering for the training sessions
  • Development of feedback and analysis management for the mental health initiative
  • Assist the PIP team in crafting & implementing data analytics and visualizations
  • Supporting the PIP team on ad hoc tasks on various topics (e.g. strategy, digitalization & cost out)
What You Bring
  • Current Studies preferably in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details, Sophisticated MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong skills in organization, communication & ability to work remotely within a distributed team
  • Proactive /self-initiative
  • Ideally, previous experience in data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc, and at minimum a willingness and ability to learn the fundamentals of using these tools on the job

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
