A Snapshot of Your Day 

Become part of Siemens Energy Digital Grid and help us shape the physical Digital Grid Journey experience at our office in Erlangen – an interactive, multi-room exhibition that brings our portfolio to life for visitors. You will ensure that the journey is ‘always available’: content is displayed correctly on the screens, the hardware works flawlessly, booking requests are processed and experts are coordinated for effective visits. In addition, you will support broader marketing and internal communication tasks in SharePoint, Teams and asset creation. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Monitoring hardware status (wall screens, workstations) and coordinating repairs/escalations, as well as updating screen content
  • Booking and coordinating visitor appointments (booking requests via MS Forms, confirming logistics), improving the feedback collection system and ensuring visitor feedback is tracked
  • Coordinating availability with our subject matter experts for various topics, as well as co-organising standard tours
  • Drafting and publishing updates for our SharePoint and Teams channels
  • Creating presentations, visual material or short video loops for visits and internal engagement activities
  • Occasionally providing support for internal events and engagement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Currently studying marketing, communications, economics, media or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic AV/hardware checks and maintaining structured content (SharePoint, PowerPoint/MP4, Teams, Forms, CMS)
  • Organisational and coordination skills to triage enquiries and coordinate appointments with multiple experts
  • Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
  • Curiosity about the energy grid – from control room operations and cyber security to substations and field analysis – so that you can connect visitors' interests with our portfolio
