A Snapshot of Your Day 

For our central Cost Value Engineering (CVE) Operational Development Team we are looking for a working student. In this role you will work in a diverse and dynamic team and collaborate with other functions across the organization. Your role will be centered around supporting various initiatives within the team in development and implementation, ranging from departmental communication and internal SharePoint site development and maintenance. Training documentation to improve continuous improvement efforts with brand-new technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Learn about the Cost Value Engineering function and support various initiatives to further improve the global CVE community to:
    • Develop and maintain dynamic internal and external communication, applying suitable tools for engagement
    • Maintain and improve the internal SharePoint site as one-stop-shop for news, knowledge base and collaboration
    • Build, maintain, manage, and deliver trainings for selected training catalogue items
    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key business metrics and insights
    • Develop new digital solutions and support their project management from definition to implementation
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Economics); Master’s graduation enrollment in a relevant field
  • Eagerness to learn and passion to support continuous improvement; Self-driven ability to develop and execute initiative projects
  • Proven track record of understanding business and corporations
  • Assertiveness and confidence to communicate and speak up
  • Relevant technical knowledge of office suite applications and further emerging tools
  • Fluent English is a must. Additional language, e.g. German/Spanish is a plus
