Siemens Gamesa

For our Project and Communication Support – Internal Improvement in Offshore Equipment we are looking for a a working student to help us identify and coordinate improvement initiatives, analyze topics, improve databases, create dashboards and reporting, support our meeting and workshop organization and communication.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will support the team around our various ongoing continuous improvement initiatives & strategic projects by taking over cross-functional project management & communication tasks.
• You will take over ad-hoc management requests according to business needs, incl. e.g. creation of slide decks, research of information, administration of websites, SharePoints and team.
• You will work with data, create dashboards (e.g. in PowerBI) and develop clear standards for reporting and data visualization.
• You will draft internal communication to raise awareness for specific news, processes & deliverables.

What You Bring

• Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
• Bachelor or Master's student, preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis/IT in combination with business administration, or similar.
• Relevant experience from previous internships or working student positions would be a plus.
• MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Apps would be beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Teammate with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English; Danish and/or German would be an advantage
