A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a Warranty Claims Project Manager to be the primary interface between Siemens Energy and Siemens Energy customers for processing of warranty claims on transformers for Grid Technologies Order Execution. This role will have direct customer interface as well as internal stakeholder interaction. Tasks include overseeing collection of warranty claims, working with internal stakeholders, including factories, project managers, service organization and finance team, to bring resolution to the warranty claim.

In this high visibility role, you will be interfacing with the global factory network, local stakeholders, suppliers and the GT Service team. You will also be supporting the implementation of business processes as we navigate growth.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Improving customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and proactive communication on warranty and quality-related matters.
  • Providing quality and warranty performance feedback to manufacturing teams to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Coordinating and monitoring repair activities, ensuring timely follow-up with internal stakeholders on repair status and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to resolve and close repair-related financial matters efficiently.
  • Partnering with Project Managers to manage warranty claims, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements that enhance the efficiency and flow of claims throughout the Project Management and Service/Warranty lifecycle.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 4 or more years of experience in process management/improvement and coordinating international customers, partners, and suppliers. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions to drive successful warranty repair outcomes.
  • Experience implementing digital solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support business growth preferred. Experience with power transformers is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional who can work independently while effectively supporting a fast-paced and evolving organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SAP; experience with the Mendix platform is a plus.

Willing to travel, as needed (~20%).
