- Develop and execute Siemens Energy’s global funding strategy, including capital market and bank financing, M&A financing, portfolio company financing and broader Group financing concepts
- Build and sustain high trust external stakeholder management, particularly with banking partners, financial institutions, capital market participants and rating agencies, ensuring transparency and professionalism
- Manage the Group’s rating positioning and maintain constructive relationships with rating agencies, ensuring alignment between business strategy, capital structure and external credit perception
- Lead debt investor relations activities in close cooperation with Investor Relations as well as govern the Group’s banking framework, coordinate and develop strategic relationships with core banking partners
- Oversee working capital management governance, including supply chain finance programs and related strategic instruments as well as support external financial reporting regarding all financing measures
- People Leadership & Organizational Development - Lead, develop and empower a global organization, setting clear priorities, decision rights and a culture of continuous improvement
- Proactively build, develop and maintain a strong internal network of finance experts and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Drives a digitalization agenda within GFR&B and decision support capabilities to realize the potential of new technologies and advance standardization and automation as well as execute CFO responsibilities for Treasury (ARE 478q)
- Professional longstanding experience in the financial sector, including leadership roles and a proven track record of successfully executing complex strategic transactions
- Extensive experience in financial and capital markets, including equity and debt capital markets, banking and rating agency environments
- A confident and credible leadership presence, with the ability to build trust and recognition at senior management and board level both internally and externally
- Digital and process excellence orientation - capable of advancing digitized, standardized and automated operations and leading a technology enabled transformation agenda
- A strong understanding of rating methodologies, capital structure considerations and the key value drivers relevant to external stakeholders as well as a proven ability to develop and execute complex financial strategies in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in interactions with senior executives, banks, investors and rating agencies
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams of highly qualified senior specialists as well as business-fluent proficiency in English; knowledge of German business proficiency would be an advantage
- Track record of building and developing strong teams and leading sizable, geographically distributed organizations as well as a strategic, forward-looking and holistic perspective on complex financial and organizational matters
- The ability to combine technical depth with strong interpersonal effectiveness and leadership credibility as well as high resilience, sound judgment and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
