A Snapshot of Your Day 

The need for deep decarbonization requires electrification across all sectors and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are essential to achieve that goal. Building on its unique portfolio breadth Siemens Energy supports customers around the world with innovative BESS solutions to help them master the challenges of energy transitions. But honestly, we can’t do it alone. Transforming energy systems requires you to play a part. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Development of stationary BESS projects from initial customer concept through to contract signature
  • Expansion and management of sales channels, including identification of new channels and definition of project sales strategies and pricing
  • Execution of pre-qualification processes and preparation of budgetary offers
  • Close collaboration with business development, sales partners, engineering, tendering, and project execution teams to develop competitive solutions
  • Negotiation and closing of contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Development and maintenance of customer relationships through regular engagement with decision makers, along with continuous market monitoring and opportunity pipeline management
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Long-term sales experience in the power sector, technical knowledge in the field of battery energy storage will be an absolute plus
  • Experience in leading teams across country borders
  • Comfortable in presenting in front of customers and internal top management
  • Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an upside
  • Willingness for international travel and visits to customers sites for up to 30%
