A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Project Specialist, your day will focus on ensuring the smooth and safe operation of wind service activities through effective technical coordination and fast-response escalation. You will analyze technical incidents, support field and remote teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and drive improvements across wind farm operations while ensuring contractual and safety commitments are met.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and manage the technical escalation process, ensuring timely response to incidents, alarms, and operational disruptions.
  • Promote a strong focus on safety while supporting productive and reliable wind farm operations.
  • Analyze wind turbine shutdowns, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Lead and support technical initiatives aimed at improving service performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide project management support for start-ups, upgrades, modifications, and new product or integrity-related initiatives.
  • Act as a key technical interface across Service Operations, Field Support, and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual and operational alignment.

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting technical operations, troubleshooting, or project activities within complex or industrial environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, operations, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working with technical monitoring tools, case management processes, and performance reporting.
  • Structured and proactive approach to managing priorities in dynamic operational environments.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
