How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead the technical clarification of procurement parts related to steam turbine auxiliaries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Prioritize clarifications based on business impact and market needs, while processing inquiries from customers and internal departments.
• Collaborate with interface departments to prepare and maintain data for order processing sustainably.
• Identify and promote best practices in workflows, tools, and processes to harmonize operations across functions.
• Support the digitization and automation of parts management processes, enhancing data quality and consistency.
• Engage in project work, collaborating on strategic topics to drive organizational change and foster diverse teams.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in machine or process engineering, and welcome field matter experts like commissioning engineers.
• You possess extensive knowledge and ideally professional experience with parts such as valves, pumps, motors, actuators, filters, and measurement equipment, with a bonus for experience in steam turbine auxiliaries.
• As a team player who can also work independently, you excel in communication and organization, demonstrating strong problem-solving and proactive skills.
• You are motivated to thrive in an international matrix organization and collaborate cross-functionally, embracing concepts like empowerment and agile teams.
• You have advanced English proficiency, and knowledge of German is a plus.

About the Team
The Organization Clarification & Logistics is dedicated to ensuring the technical, commercial, and auxiliary parts clarification, along with catalog and configuration management, to maintain data quality and completeness of spare parts information. Our team, based in Germany (Berlin and Mülheim) and Portugal, is responsible for providing second-level clarification of auxiliary parts. We work collaboratively with various units to enhance the quality of parts and tackle challenges such as inadequate data quality, particularly for non-digital third-party parts. Our focus is on developing intelligent digital solutions and tools to streamline our daily operations and improve processes.
