In our Business Unit Transformation of Industry, we offer comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries comprising rotating equipment, electrification and solutions for Subsea business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Participates in meetings and prepares verbal processes when necessary.
- Drafts formal letters and emails when necessary.
- Manage and prioritize outgoing and incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
- Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Supports other team members when needed.
- Will comply with all internal and external rules and regulations, including: custom export control, RI rules, department specific work instructions, provisions of the Integrated Management System manual and system and operational procedures (in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ). ), as well as the provisions of Law 319/2006 on health and safety at work with subsequent amendments and additions, Law 307/2006 on fire protection with subsequent amendments and additions. He is responsible for the equipment provided to him.
What You Bring
- Graduate of higher education (faculty).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level.
