Let's talk about you

  • Main task is to provide required expert resources including pre-checks & validate incoming personnel support requests from Project Management.
  • Planning, scheduling, and allocating people, creating schedules and duty rosters for current & upcoming projects, taking into account existing workload planning and individual staff training scales.
  • Active personnel management, e.g. absence and/or utilization management.
  • Independent processing, planning, and handling of personnel assignments in coordination with Project Management and Project Execution as well as regional subsidiaries.
  • Utilization and maintaining of existing tools for secondments by using specific IT programs for obtaining working visas and permits.
  • Communicating with Delegation Offices & providing all vital documents for the personnel.
  • Organizing further training sessions for staff, such as internal or external training courses.
  • Understanding the individual project budget and allocate the right resources to the project including adequate booking of related costs.
  • As a Field Service Administration & Resource Planner Assistant (f/m/d), you will independently support Siemens Energy Service for power plant units worldwide.
  • Your main office is at a designated Siemens Energy location.

Your profile

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
  • Team player with high level of resilience, the ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and focus on problem solving in a complex environment collaborating within international teams.
  • Communicative and solution orientated.
  • Intense analytical skills with an affinity for technology and innovation combined with a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is compulsory, knowledge of German would be beneficial.
  • Willing to travel, if required, on short notice and work flexible hours.

Your opportunities for further development

  • Tracking of existing technical hotline tickets and coordination with the commercial staff and Others on invoicing and engineering hours.
  • Back-office responsibilities and staff support for assignments, reports, procurement of work equipment items such as personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • The role provides exposure to traditional as well as advanced technologies in power generation with an industry leading Energy Technology Company.
