- Manage the end-to-end recruiting framework for technical/engineering positions while engaging with the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) community to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of labor market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence.
- Foster relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders in the assigned business area.
- Proactively identify, source, and secure talent through appropriate channels, including our ATS (Avature), LinkedIn, employee referrals etc.
- Cultivate a community of potential future candidates through strong communication and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Promote inclusion and ensure diverse candidate pools while marketing Siemens Energy as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field with several years proven experience as a TA professional from in-house, agency, or RPO settings within fast paced and growing environments
- Full business proficiency in German and English
- Experience in managing growth hiring projects and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Analytical skills and the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making in relation to talent availability and demand
- Customer-oriented with a focus on exceeding expectations and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, curiosity about the core business, and a commitment to achieving goals.
