A Snapshot of Your Day
You will have the functions of supervising, accompanying and guiding the operating personnel in cell 1 of the factory in Guanajuato, having as the main objective the fulfillment of the production plan through safety, quality and continuous improvement of processes. Fulfill your responsibilities in an integral way, looking for wide communication with your work team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work in conjunction with cell 1 supervision, contributing to strategic decision making for the fulfillment of the plan.
- Work in coordination with other support areas in order to meet the different requirements of the manufacturing or business (HR, EHS, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Maintenance, etc.).
- Advise and support the manufacturing team in the face of conflict resolution or process deviations.
- Comply with the production plan and make improvements on production floor through the 6's.
- Develop projects to increase productivity based on shift targets.
- Responsibility to comply and/or enforce compliance with current comprehensive management system protocols, policies, guidelines and competencies (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring.
- Professional with a degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of accredited experience preferably in the industrial, energy, manufacturing, energy infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes.
- A Graduate Degree in Bachelor's Degree.
- English level (Intermediate).
- Taste for working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Face-to-face working mode with mixed shifts with main base in Siemens Energy Guanajuato Capital.
- Must possess a personality that gives a client a feeling of trust and comfort, very professional attitude.
- Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
