A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Student Worker in the Mold Management department at Siemens Gamesa, your day will involve collaborating closely with process engineers to support the optimization of the mold heating system among other topics. You will engage in various tasks, from analyzing current processes to implementing improvements that enhance the stability and output of turbine blade production. Your role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will contribute to cross-functional projects and gain insights into the operational aspects of a global organization. 

The position is with starting date in August until December with around 5-20 hours a week depending on your studies.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support process engineers in improving the mold heating system.
  • Assist in optimizing processes to increase output and stability.
  • Challenge the status quo by critically analyzing existing practices.

What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant education program within engineering.
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Curiosity about process optimization and improvement.
