A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy as a Working Student in our Sales Excellence & Enablement team, where you will support the delivery of well-documented processes, create valuable content for people development, and develop best practices for our Sales department. In this role, you will help ensure close alignment in offshore sales across all business units and at the corporate level. You will assist in organizing training and communication events in Sales and support the creation of meeting and training materials. This position offers you the opportunity to learn about project management, content creation, and key sales processes, along with the tools that support these processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Communication and Content Creation: You will play a key role in preparing presentations and moderating town halls, ensuring effective communication with senior management and stakeholders. Your proactive approach will help you engage confidently with larger audiences.

• Training Creation: You will assist in developing training materials and content that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, contributing to their professional growth.

• Project Team Support: Collaborate with the project team to create impactful communication and presentation materials, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy and governance.

• Operational Support: Provide operational support for the global sales team, including troubleshooting login issues and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).

What You Bring

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and have at least two years left in your education. You possess a passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to lead change. To be successful in this role, you:

• Are open, outgoing, organized, and have a can-do attitude.

• Are comfortable interacting in a highly international environment and can conclude tasks on time, accurately, and with high quality.

• Understand the linkage between processes, tools, and stakeholders, and have a talent for visualizing information.

• Have experience and an interest in creating high-quality content.

• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.

• Are familiar with content production tools such as Camtasia or Adobe, and have experience with MS Office applications, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Are not afraid to engage with new, complex systems and tools, and enjoy working with large amounts of data.

About the Team

You will be part of a diverse and dynamic Sales Excellence team that supports global sales operations. The team focuses on communication, training, core tools, and digitalization, ensuring effective governance and internal reporting. With members from various backgrounds, the team fosters an open and supportive environment, collaborating across locations including Vejle, the UK, and Spain. Your contributions will help enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales processes and support the continuous improvement of our operations.
