    How You’ll Make an Impact
Perform site visits and inspections to check the measurement campaign such as meteorological masts and remote sensing devices, check site vegetation, landcover and constraints, and collect inputs for wind farm flow simulations.
Engaging in sales opportunities support and perform related technical optimization work following SGRE process, including wind data processing, wind farm flow modelling, noise assessment, wind farm Annual Energy Production (AEP) study, turbine loads and lifetime calculations, using internal and/or commercial tools and preparing necessary documents such as turbine suitability report and climatic condition report for internal and external purposes including the site-specific design assessment (SSDA).
For mature Sales opportunities, ensure all sales offers are with maximized competitiveness in best quality and in time by thorough optimization of configurations (including wind farm layout, turbine hub heights, site-specific tower design and turbine operation strategy) and AEP, at same time ensuring turbine lifetime and minimizing operation and maintenance cost for the project.
Fully support during projects’ lifecycle to various functions including Aftermarket Sales, Project Management and Operation teams. Provide the wind condition and loads related expertise fulfilling the needs of such requests at different stages, for instance, lifetime extension checks, operational strategy optimization, root cause analysis and others.
Managing all requests related to Siting and Loads Assessment in relevant platforms, and ensure smooth communication, effective and timely solutions to stakeholders including internal party e.g. sales/project/operation managers, external clients and third parties such as consultant or certification companies.
Liaison with sales/project/operation managers and other stakeholders, and presentation of SGRE technical solutions internally and externally.
Other related site assessment work, for instance, Power Curve Warranty analysis, for sales projects and provide project specific analysis and corresponding contact schedules.
Keep updated to the industry practice and state of art technical trends on siting and loads assessment area and provide input and improvement ideas to internal teams.
Knowledge sharing to regional engineering team, mentoring and training for junior team members.
Other relevant tasks assigned by direct report manager.
