Join Siemens Energy as a Service Sales Expert for the Nordics and take the lead in growing our Grid Technologies Service portfolio across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. You drive service sales by promoting offerings such as service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, digital services, and transformer-related solutions, with a strong focus on the aftermarket. Acting as the bridge between Sales and Service, you ensure the right focus in the sales organization while engaging customers and spotting new opportunities. You collaborate closely with the Service team, influence strategy, and help move the business toward larger, service-driven projects. Your work directly strengthens customer partnerships and supports the development of the Nordic service market.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• You drive order intake and growth in the Grid Technologies Service portfolio across the Nordics, with strong focus on the aftermarket

• You develop and implement service sales strategies together with Service leadership and align with HQ initiatives

• You identify and grow opportunities within the installed base and new industries, expanding service offerings

• You lead the sales process where needed, from opportunity identification through proposal preparation, pricing, and contract negotiation to handover to the delivery team

• You collaborate with sales teams and service engineers to shape customer solutions and push larger service opportunities

What You Bring

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field

• You bring solid experience in sales within service or a customer-facing role, with a clear commercial track record

• You communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language

• You combine a strong customer perspective with technical understanding

• Experience from the energy or industrial sector is considered a strong advantage

About the Team 

You will join a Nordic Service organization of 12 colleagues located across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. The team works collaboratively toward shared Nordic growth goals, combining strong local presence with regional alignment. You will closely partner with Account Managers and Business Developers in the Sales team, while acting as a connector to the Service organization across all Nordic countries. The team is driven, supportive, and focused on strengthening the service business within Grid Technologies. 

Our Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid. The power grid is the backbone of the energy transition. Siemens Energy offers a leading portfolio and solutions in HVDC transmission, grid stabilization and storage, high voltage switchgears and transformers, and digital grid technology.
