A Snapshot of Your Day:
Join our global service organization as a Sales Excellence Analytics Support professional. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Excellence and regional service Sales team to develop tools, analyze performance data, and support strategic initiatives. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making and enhance sales effectiveness across regions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Work with other data analytics and visualization experts to continuously develop and maintain dashboards to visualize sales KPIs and forecasting metrics.
· Support CRM data management and ensure high data quality for global reporting, and assist in the development of the Customer Energy Portal for Compression use cases
· Analyze win/loss data and generate insights to improve sales strategies.
· Create tools and templates that streamline sales operations, reporting and sales capacity planning
· Support the continuous development of the Sales Playbook
· Collaborate with global and regional teams to support campaign tracking and performance reviews.
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, or CRM support.
· Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
· Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, international teams.
· Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
