A Snapshot of Your Day

You act as the business owner and go to interface for Digital Solutions in CP Service. You steer competitive offering development and commercialisation, resolve product challenges from bid to delivery, and ensure regional market fit with clear lead time and cost targets. You collaborate closely with R&D (EN&PRM), Product Strategy (BST), Operations/Procurement, Sales, Field Service, Repairs, and Operations to grow the service business and the organization’s know how.

  • How You’ll Make an Impact
    Serving as the go-to interface for all service-related product topics (SV), as well as developing and rolling out competitive service offerings, including clear Unique Selling Propositions (USPs)
  • Defining and maintaining lead time and cost targets aligned with regional market requirements
  • Creating new solutions and bringing them to full commercialization, as well as collecting, prioritizing, and commercializing service-related R&D needs
  • Identifying and resolving product-related challenges across the lifecycle—from bid phase to delivery, as well as supporting go-to-market strategies and ensuring regional product fit
  • Driving service Original Equipment (OE) growth in alignment with regional business goals, as well as developing and maintaining technical bulletins and training content for internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating know-how growth across regions through training and enablement, as well as preparing and delivering SV-related technical presentations, roadshows, and sales materials

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in service product management or aftermarket leadership, ideally in a technical or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, service commercialization, and customer value creation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and regional teams
  • Knowledge of digital solutions landscape in rotating equipment (e.g. remote diagnostics, cloud solutions etc.)
