O roli
A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst and IT Project Manager to join our Treasury and Corporate Finance team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and IT development teams, ensuring our technology solutions effectively support complex financial processes, including Treasury, payment factory operations, and SAP integrations. You will be a key player in a diverse IT ecosystem, focusing on the continuous improvement and management of critical applications related to Treasury, with a special emphasis on Foreign Exchange (FX) Exposure Management. As the primary liaison for system enhancements, you will manage the entire lifecycle of a change, from initial concept to final deployment. This includes collaborating with experts to gather requirements for Treasury systems and the payment factory landscape, translating them into detailed user stories, and acting as a product owner to prioritize the development backlog. You will oversee the implementation of changes, collaborate with SAP architects to drive integration with S/4HANA, and manage relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless payment operations. This position requires a professional with a strong background in both finance and technology, capable of managing projects and processes with a high degree of independence. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience supporting finance IT systems and a deep understanding of requirements engineering and Treasury processes. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage stakeholder and partner expectations, and drive process improvements will be critical to your success in this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with business experts to understand and document functional requirements, with a primary focus on FX Exposure Management.
- Translate business needs into detailed IT system requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Utilize requirements engineering techniques and design flow charts to articulate system processes.
- Act as a product owner for the FX Exposure process, prioritizing the backlog and defining the product roadmap.
- Assume responsibility for the implementation of user stories within larger IT projects or as standalone change requests.
- Manage functional enhancements, change requests, and system improvements within the payment factory landscape.
- Collaborate with SAP architects, developers, and enterprise technology stakeholders to drive the integration of Treasury solutions within SAP S/4HANA and related finance platforms.
- Configure and maintain complex Treasury Management Systems (e.g., FIS Quantum) and associated low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix).
- Manage the prioritization of system-related changes through clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with banking institutions, coordinating testing activities, onboarding initiatives, connectivity requirements, and issue resolution.
- Perform individual coaching and deliver training sessions for business users on new system features and processes.
- Support the Service Manager by supervising IT operations and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to approved standards.
- Implement, design, and document new and existing IT operational processes to enhance efficiency and control.
- Maintain and enhance tools involved in the Treasury and Corporate Finance application landscape.
What You Bring
- University degree in Business Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in supporting finance IT systems, ideally within corporate treasuries, banks, or financial service providers.
- Technical expertise in project management, payment hub and cash management solutions, requirements engineering, and process flow design to support the successful delivery of financial technology initiatives and the optimization of payment and cash management processes.
- Functional expertise in corporate treasury processes, including treasury payments and bank connectivity, treasury business analysis and solution design, SAP Treasury and Finance integration, and testing, transformation, and change management to support efficient treasury operations, system optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
- Professional skills in product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder communication, teamwork and collaboration, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner to support effective solution delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business success.
- Business‑fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders
