Your day will be filled with opportunities to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, while also spearheading digitalization efforts and utilizing data analytics to enhance HR processes. Engage with the Leadership Team through workshops and lead HR projects that contribute to our mission of energy transformation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• A trusted HR partner to the Ballerup location, becoming a vital part of the Danish and Nordic HRBP team.
• Drive and support key HR priorities such as Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the business to ensure smooth execution of annual cycles like Merit and MyPerformance.
• Act as an ambassador for our people culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Spearhead HR projects and initiatives, preparing and facilitating workshops for the Leadership Team to foster growth and innovation.

What You Bring

• A completed University Degree in Human Resources and senior professional experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labor law and proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
• Pro-active team player with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
• Experience in international projects with desirable project management skills.
• Excellent Danish and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
