Are you passionate about HR Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning? If so, we are looking for a Senior Expert in HR Strategy & Strategic Workforce Planning to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our organization by driving an evidence based, consistent strategic workforce planning approach across Siemens Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering appropriate people data from available data sources and support forecasting staffing & recruitment needs and enable the identification of potential skill gaps.
 
How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Drive the implementation of a strategic workforce planning framework that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and long-term strategies; acting as a subject matter expert on workforce planning best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans. Conduct environmental scans, gap analyses and scenario planning.
  • Create and maintain workforce planning models and scenarios to support decision-making at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders; e.g. HR Business Partners, business units, corporate and business unit strategy team and regions/countries; to collect and analyze workforce data, identify trends, and forecast future talent needs, leveraging predictive modeling and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workforce strategies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic workforce planning and/or HR strategy or similar strategic HR initiatives
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies, organizational development programs and experience in management of complex / international projects
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning methodologies, workforce analytics, and HR technology solutions
  • Experience in working with dedicated SWP tools is a plus
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills; including managing complex initiatives from inception to implementation, with the ability to anticipate and respond to future workforce challenges and opportunities.
