A Snapshot of Your Day: 

You are responsible for managing and evolving our internal cybersecurity communication channels as part of a global Training & Awareness team. Through channels such as newsletters, social intranet platforms (e.g., Viva Engage), SharePoint, and other formats like webinars, on-site screens, or physical awareness campaigns, you ensure that cybersecurity messages reach our employees in an engaging, structured, and impactful way. A key part of your role is translating complex cybersecurity topics, including regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, CRA), into clear, relevant, and actionable communication for different target audiences. You take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing communication activities while continuously evolving the communication strategy. From global campaigns to targeted initiatives, while continuously optimizing formats, channels, and messaging. In addition, you play an important role in supporting communication during time-sensitive situations such as cybersecurity incidents. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Own and manage end-to-end cybersecurity communication across multiple internal channels 
  • Develop and maintain a structured communication plan to deliver awareness campaigns and key messages effectively 
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, CRA) into clear, targeted, and actionable communication formats for different audiences 
  • Design and execute engaging campaigns and communication formats that make complex cybersecurity topics accessible for our different target groups 
  • Take responsibility for content creation, coordination, and publishing across channels 
  • Support the organization in cybersecurity incident and crisis communication scenarios 
  • Ensure quality and consistency of communication materials handed in by contributors through proofreading 
  • Build and maintain a performance dashboard (KPIs) to track reach, engagement, and impact 
What You Bring 
  • At least 5 years of experience in communicating complex technical topics (e.g., IT, cybersecurity, or similar domains) 
  • Experience in communicating regulatory or compliance-related topics is a strong plus 
  • Experience with Internal and External communication tools and platforms (e.g. Viva Engage, SharePoint, Webinars, LinkedIn) 
  • Proven experience in planning and executing communication campaigns 
  • Experience in crisis communication or sensitive communication environments 
  • Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messaging 
  • A structured, hands-on, and execution-focused working style Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) 
  • Experience with working in IT, Cybersecurity or Compliance teams Background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) 
  • Experience with design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) 
  • Awareness of trends in internal and digital communication
