A Snapshot of Your Day

You'll respond to technical inquiries, ensuring swift and competent solutions to enhance customer relationships. You'll prepare solutions and offers for customer inquiries, manage technical agreements, and follow up on service project pipelines. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

Respond to inquires of a technical or complex nature so that all enquires are solved quickly and competently in a manner which enhances the organizations’ customer relationship. 

•Deal with customer complaint , improve customer satisfaction, enhance the relationship with customers 

•Be well acquainted with SV portfolio and process, meeting customer needs

•Prepare solution and offer against customer inquiry

•Responsible for service order sign technical agreement

•Negotiate with customer service order

•Follow up service project pipeline

•Follow work procedure instruction

•Deal with customer service orders

•Provide necessary technical support and assist field service engineers

•Provide training and consultation to customer

What You Bring 

•Bachelor degree and above, major in electric engineering, Automation and Mechanical etc.

•More than 3 years in a corresponding function with power transformer manufacturing.

•International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus. 

•Experience in international working environment is a plus

•Basic knowledge on manufacturing and repair technologies

•Basic knowledge on materials and components

•Good verbal and written communications skills in English
