- Work as a service engineer for onsite installation and commissioning for both domestic and export markets.
- Handle quality issues post-transformer delivery, lead cross-functional cause analysis, and compile comprehensive summary reports.
- Address customer complaints to improve happiness and enhance customer relationships.
- Develop onsite repair plans, component replacement plans, and testing plans for both domestic and international markets.
- Provide necessary technical support and assist field service operators.
- Offer training and consultation to customers, ensuring they receive world-class support and service.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of transformer manufacturing and repair technologies.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a service or engineering role within an international environment.
- Experience in international projects and collaboration within international teams is a plus.
- Proven experience with root cause analysis is a plus.
