职责与挑战

• 负责高新技术企业认证项目以及政府补贴项目的的整体策划和实施。

Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of high-tech enterprise certification projects

• 准备高新技术企业认证申请材料，包括商业登记证、知识产权相关材料、科研项目批准文件。

Preparation of high-tech enterprise certification application materials, including business registration certificates, intellectual property-related materials, and scientific research project approval documents

• 记录和组织公司的研发活动，有效预防和记录研发活动，确保材料的完整性和质量。

Record and organize the company's R&D activities, effectively prevent and document R&D activities, ensuring the completeness and quality of materials.

• 协调与专家评审组的沟通，以确保评审过程顺利进行。

Coordinate communication with expert review groups to ensure a smooth review process

• 参与全面审核，提供必要的支持和材料。

Participate in comprehensive reviews, providing necessary support and materials

• 作为专利申请接口人，处理专利申请、维护和管理，确定专利与项目启动之间的相关性。

Handling patent applications, maintenance, and management; determine the correlation between patents and project initiation.

• 研究并了解新的政府法规、补贴或其他奖励，和管理层沟通提案。

Study and find out about new government regulations, subsidies or other grants and awards and prepare more detailed proposals on how the company can benefit from them.

综合素质要求 

• 统招本科，电气/机械/高压压绝缘相关专业.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical /HV insulation Engineering.

• 工作思路清晰，具备很好的逻辑性，善于管理文档。

Possesses a clear working mindset with excellent logic skills and is adept at document management.

• 具有项目管理经验或潜力，善于沟通，善于推动团队按照里程碑完成任务

Experience or potential in project management, good at communication, good at driving the team to complete tasks according to milestones

• 1-3年科技项目管理经验。（有政府项目申报经验优先）

1-3 years tech project management experience, government project experience is a plus.

• 具有较强的技术理解能力，能够理解研发设计的概念，技术优劣势。能够独自主导参与相关答辩。

Strong technical understanding ability, be able to understand the concept of R&D design, technical advantages and disadvantages. Able to lead and participate in the relevant defense on their own.
