A Snapshot of Your Day

As a SCADA L1 Operator, you will be part of a 24×7 operational team providing first‑level remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for SCADA wind farm systems and communication networks. You will assist site teams, customers, and Control Centers by ensuring system availability, diagnosing technical issues, and escalating unresolved incidents. Your work contributes directly to the safe and efficient operation of wind farms.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide first‑level support for Remote Maintenance of communication networks, SCADA systems, and associated applications.
  • Deliver technical assistance to Site Managers, Customers, and Control Centers.
  • Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of SCADA system incidents and ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.
  • Support remote connectivity tools, VPN access, and incident tracking systems.
  • Participate in 24×7 shift operations to ensure continuous system availability.

What You Bring

  • Higher education or technical/engineering degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and OPC communication protocols (preferred).
  • Experience with:
    • SCADA incident support and troubleshooting
    • Network fundamentals
    • VPN and remote‑support tools
    • Basic database understanding
  • Interest in the Wind Energy sector is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an advantage.

  • Strong initiative, self‑management, and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift model.

About the Team

You will join the Remote Operations Center (ROC), working closely with specialists handling multi‑level operations and troubleshooting. The team operates around the clock, supporting wind turbine systems and ensuring smooth and safe energy delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams but will not have direct reports.
