- Responsibility for planning and executing specific Organizational Change Management activities aligned with the S4E Unify OCM Framework
- Acting as the main OCM interface between internal teams and the central S4E Program
- Conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations
- Localization and communication of the S4E change story for the business context
- Support of communication, training, and enablement measures to drive adoption and minimize business disruption
- Tracking of OCM KPIs, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement during rollout phases
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within complex transformation programs
- University degree in economics, IT or science
- Several years experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey change messages effectively
- Structured, proactive mindset with a focus on adoption, readiness, and operational stability
- Fluency in English with German language skills considered an additional asset
