A Snapshot of Your Day

As an SAP Integration Lead, you take end-to-end ownership of integration topics across our ECC and S/4HANA landscape, ensuring stable, scalable, and well-governed interfaces to internal and external partner systems.

You lead the planning and execution of integration initiatives across both project delivery and service operations, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Acting as the central point of coordination, you drive integration topics across the full lifecycle, from design and build to testing and operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and business-aligned outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead end-to-end integration initiatives across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring delivery across all phases (design, build, testing, deployment, and operations)
  • Plan and manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across projects and services, working closely with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams as well as external partners
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, robust integration solutions and architectures
  • Steer external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring high delivery quality and adherence to standards
  • Drive operational stability and continuous improvement of integration solutions, balancing project delivery with long-term service performance
  • Ensure compliance with integration governance, enterprise architecture, and security standards
  • Manage escalations and critical issues in a structured and transparent way
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and enabling informed decision-making
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the integration community

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in SAP integration or implementation environments, ideally within S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex integration landscapes and deliver in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience leading integration initiatives or workstreams across both project delivery and service operations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite / CPI, AIF, IDoc, RFC, APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of scope, timeline, risk, and dependency management in complex programs.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Hands-on experience in integration delivery and solution design, with the ability to deep dive into technical details when needed.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT organizations.
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall.
