A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is part of the Transformer Factory Service Network finance team. The primary business objective is to lead and coordinate the implementation of the new S/4HANA (S4E) system for the SV Transformer Service business locations in Charlotte, Linz, and Weiz.

To achieve this strategic system migration, the role will focus on three core areas: comprehensive project management of the S4E implementation, ensuring the seamless integration of financial processes into the new system, and managing communication and alignment across all international stakeholders.

These areas are designed to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all business requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation for Transformer Service units
• Develop and manage the full project plan, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget oversight.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when needed.
• Track progress against KPIs and deliver regular status updates to all stakeholders.
• Analyze existing financial processes and drive their optimized migration into the S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to define future‑state processes, system requirements, and data quality standards.
• Facilitate data cleansing, mapping, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure accurate migration and compliant financial controls.
• Serve as the primary liaison across central project teams, IT partners, and international business stakeholders, leading meetings, workshops, training, and change‑management activities.

What You Bring

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA migration projects, ideally in an international finance environment.
• Background in financial controlling or reporting within a manufacturing or service‑oriented organization.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including process design, configuration understanding, and system integration.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and proven ability to drive large, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, data governance, and ensuring high data quality throughout system transitions.
• Analytical capabilities and proficiency with financial tools, reporting systems, and structured problem‑
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups; fluency in English required, German considered an advantage.
