The candidate on this role will have a very dynamic day supporting the Latin America teams in Gas Services with the implementation of Quality and Risk Management program and practices.  There will be no dull moment since the Service business is always full of challenges and opportunities to ensure our organization deliver high quality services with the highest customer satisfaction. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

The candidate will:

• Drive implementation of Quality Risk Management program in alignment with company’s global process, best practices, and improvement initiatives to achieve non-conformance reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments (including identification of hazards, estimation of risks, and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies), and to develop and implement risk mitigation plans,
• Monitor and review risk management activities, including the effectiveness of implemented controls and corrective actions,
• Provide guidance and support to teams in identifying and addressing quality-related risks and facilitate risk management training & workshops to enhance risk awareness and foster a culture of quality.
• Support the organization with monitoring of quality metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives including risk management strategies.

What You Bring 

• University Degree in Engineering, Computing, Technology, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Professional Experience: 12+ years and a minimum of 8 years in Risk Management and/or Quality Management experience preferably in the Energy Sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality risk management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams). 
• Experience in Risk Management conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.  Proven understanding of advanced Root Cause Analysis Tools such as TapRoot, Apollo, etc.
• Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and evolve in a fast-changing environment. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
• Self-motivated and driven with curious mindset. 
• Data-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level. Portuguese desirable.
• Professional certifications related to quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, RAPS) are desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of time.
