Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a passionate project manager to be part of the Repair Strategy team who enjoys making an impact on the repair business and not afraid to drive operational efficiency within our global repair network. Will lead governance reviews and workshops for the repair business with a focus on ensuring all strategic initiatives are on track and striving for organizational improvements. This role will be integrated with interfaces including engineering, factory repair, supply chain management, order and inventory management, and quality!

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Organize and help lead the repair network governance reviews for the repair business which include:
  • Repair Business Operational Reviews (Bi-Monthly),
  • Repair Business Alignment Reviews (Quarterly), strategy Summit (Semi-Annual),
  • CapEx and Investment Alignment Reviews (Annually),
  • Align and work with Repair Network Strategy Leads, R&D Program Managers, Repair Factories, and Engineering to develop plans and outlines,
  • Integrate with multiple interfaces and collaborators to lead all preparation activities required to successfully implement all reviews and lead closure of all necessary action plans to ensure implementation of agreed upon decisions and initiatives,
  • Lead and facilitate workshops as necessary to support Repair Strategy initiatives and other continuous improvement project.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a project management field with at least 5 years of professional experience is preferred - PMP Certification or similar is preferred
  • Excellent project/program management, schedule, communication in written and verbal format, network building, and facilitation skills required
  • Proficiency in English ; knowledge of the German language is a plus.
  • Proven ability or experience to manage multi-projects with various inputs, schedules, and milestones
  • Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Knowledge of Gas Turbine technology and combined cycle/balance of plant is desirable but not mandatory.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
