A Snapshot of Your Day
Step into the heart of renewable energy! As part of the Remote Wind Turbine Troubleshooting team, you’ll be at the forefront of keeping turbines running smoothly across the globe. You’ll monitor turbines 24/7/365 from Brande, Denmark, diagnosing faults and guiding on-site technicians to restore operations quickly and safely.
You will work in a 6-week rotating shift pattern:
- 5 weekday day shifts (07:00–15:10)
- 5 weekday evening shifts (15:00–23:10)
- 5 weekday night shifts (23:00–07:10)
- 2 weekend day shifts (07:00–19:10)
- 2 weekend night shifts (19:00–07:10)
- Remaining 2 weeks and 5 weekdays off; occasional paid overtime may occur
You will join a team of 12 highly skilled colleagues, working closely in shifts, with peer-to-peer training provided to ensure you thrive in your role. Your main task is to interpret remotely collected turbine data and create troubleshooting guides in English for service technicians to act on-site. Your work directly keeps turbines operational and maximizes their availability.

What You Bring
- Mechanical and/or electrical education with practical experience; experience with Siemens wind turbines (WTC-3, SICS, geared and DD platforms) preferred
- Background in troubleshooting or commissioning turbines; experience with other brands is welcome
- Ability to produce clear troubleshooting guides in English
- Experience with Office 365 and solid general IT skills
- Flexible, proactive, service-minded, and motivated by routine computer tasks
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Strong communicator, fluent in English both verbally and in technical writing
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Skills gained in alternative ways are welcomed
