Join us as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager in our central Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will oversee Siemens Energy’s extensive real estate portfolio, encompassing 5 million square meters of industrial and office facilities across 90 countries. Your mission will be to ensure that our portfolio aligns with the company’s strategic goals. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to develop portfolio an location strategies that meet business and customer requirements while adhering to our internal real estate standards. How You’ll Make a difference

· Analyze the performance of the real estate portfolio and identify optimization opportunities

· Manage global strategy projects to ensure alignment of the real estate strategy with the company’s overarching goals

· Lead the development of location concepts, country concepts, and master plans for broader geographical or business areas, driving strategic alignment from initial business requests to site selection

· Serve as the center of competence for global real estate teams, ensuring compliance with real estate processes and enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness

· Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners in central real estate functions and regional real estate teams

· Drive automation of real estate portfolio management processes and reporting

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field (construction, architecture, or business administration) with over 10 years of core experience in real estate portfolio management, strategy, corporate real estate management, development, or a combination of these areas

· Expert knowledge of international office and industrial real estate trends, markets, and developments. Comprehensive understanding of leases, purchase and sales processes, and market mechanisms related to real estate transactions, as well as construction and build-to-suit projects

· Proven project management skills and an excellent communication style

· Experience in leading multinational real estate strategy projects from requirement gathering to strategy development and approval stages

· Strong presentation and visualization skills

· Proficiency in analytics

· Proficiency in English is essential

· Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is a must
