A Snapshot of Your Day
This role is being added to ensure business continuity and manage the quality assurance workload for the non-5.X portfolio in the Nordics service region. As a Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), the position is critical for upholding quality standards within service projects and operational environments for the Onshore North Europe & Middle East Quality Management team. To achieve these objectives, this role focuses on three core areas: Project Quality Governance, Continuous Improvement & Non-Conformity Management, and Auditing & Compliance. This structure ensures comprehensive quality oversight from project initiation through to operational improvement, addressing both proactive planning and reactive problem-solving. Given the focus on project execution and process integrity, the ideal candidate will possess significant experience in quality management within complex technical projects. A strong proficiency in root cause analysis, adherence to ISO 9000 standards, and the ability to work independently on complex issues as a Senior Professional are essential for success.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Development and maintenance of the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with customer and internal standards
- Central quality authority role with coordination of operations, technical experts, and project management to ensure quality deliverables
- Governance of project inspection processes and quality aspects of project handover including documentation and non-conformity management
- Leadership of non-conformity management including root cause analysis, CAPA definition, quality data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting of quality performance metrics as well as promotion of a quality and continuous improvement culture through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Planning, support, and execution of internal and external audits ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 5–8 years of professional experience in quality management within industrial service, energy, or complex project-based environments
- Independent handling of complex quality issues in a senior professional capacity
- Expertise in quality management systems, quality control, continuous improvement processes, ISO 9000 series, and workflow management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and investigation
- Competence in governance, compliance, internal auditing, risk management, and accountability
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
