Join our quality team and step into a dynamic environment where you collaborate with six dedicated quality technicians. You’ll rotate between morning and afternoon shifts, using your keen eye for detail and methodical approach to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Every day, you engage in hands-on inspections, interpret technical drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your adaptability and drive will help us deliver excellence to our customers and support our mission of quality and reliability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You perform in-plant product inspections, including visual checks for oil leaks, gear contact reviews, and finished product assessments.
• You carry out dimensional measurements on gears and other components to verify compliance with reference instructions.
• You manage documentation and prepare detailed dossiers for customers.
• You handle non-conformity management, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
• You interpret technical drawings and instructions to guide your inspections and reporting.

What You Bring

• You are eager to join a team of quality technicians and are open to working rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• You are dynamic, methodical, adaptable, and motivated to contribute.
• You have experience interpreting technical drawings and are proficient with Microsoft Office.
• You have skills in using measurement tools such as internal and external micrometers and calipers (a plus).
• You have English language skills (a plus).

You’ll be part of a committed group of six quality technicians who work together to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.
