• Development of tailored technical offers for industrial steam turbine solutions including generators, control systems, instrumentation, and electrical components
• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements and business cases to design efficient and sustainable solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams across sales, engineering, R&D, procurement, and bid management to optimize technical and commercial outcomes
• Coordination with sub-suppliers and evaluation of technical components such as electrical and control systems
• Engagement with diverse industries to deliver customized, state-of-the-art solutions aligned with specific customer needs
• Presentation and explanation of technical solutions to national and international customers, highlighting value, performance, and sustainability

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, power plant technology, and/or automation
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with international stakeholders
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support customer engagement and project execution
• Fluency in German and English
