A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine starting your day as a Project Quality Assurance Manager, where you are an integral part of the project quality team, coordinating all supplier quality activities. Your focus will be on ensuring that the Finspång factory meets the highest standards of quality, based on customer contracts, internal guidelines, and local regulations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a main interface for quality in the internal production.
- Plan, coordinate, control, and prioritize production quality activities at the Finspång factory, ensuring top-notch quality standards.
- Review contracts meticulously to identify and detail local regulations related to Ex-equipment, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Ensure that all necessary resources are available to successfully implement the project plan, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage customer witness activities in production, ensuring that quality standards are not just met but exceeded.
- Collect and review quality documentation, such as QCP/ITP, with outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Play a key role in driving projects forward by maintaining a structured and cooperative approach, fostering teamwork and success.
What You Bring
- An engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, power engineering, process engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of work experience within a quality organization or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Swedish is highly meritorious.
- Experience or education related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
- A structured and cooperative personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- A driven and ambitious teammate with a willingness to drive project success.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
