Project Manager at Siemens Energy

The role involves coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the seamless planning and execution of projects. This includes clarifying and consulting with customers on their targets and requirements to provide effective technical solutions. The individual will be responsible for monitoring project milestones and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, taking proactive actions to minimize non-conformance costs, and creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Additionally, managing relationships with customers and all internal and external project stakeholders. Ongoing risk management is essential, as the individual will need to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Finally, adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Coordinate internal and external resources for the seamless planning and execution of projects. This includes clarifying and consulting with customers on targets and requirements to provide technical solutions.
• Responsible for tracking achievements and adherence to budgets and schedules, initiating actions to minimize non-conformance costs and crafting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Manage relationships with customers and all internal and external collaborators
• Perform ongoing risk management during projects to identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS)

What You Bring 

• 3 – 5 years Project Management experience
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience or knowledge of mechanics and rotating machinery (Gas and steam turbines, Generators) will be an advantage
• Must be goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks
