A Project Management Team Leader will be responsible for assigning and executing projects for European, National, Central America accounts. Ensures adherence to agreed Project Management guidelines and operation standards on behalf of Project Management Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee workflow organization and personnel schedules, prioritize work assignments, and manage team performance through one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, annual reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain necessary approvals. Additionally, lead projects for clients in the USA related to DATA CENTER orders.
• Define project scope and objectives, develop detailed project plans with work packages, milestones, and quality gates, and assign projects to the right team members based on workload and expertise.
• Ensure availability and efficient allocation of internal resources and third parties to guarantee the successful execution of all projects.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools, manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, and proactively report risks and issues to management.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and adhere to company regulations, methods, and EHS guidelines, while maintaining comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
• Drive high customer satisfaction, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, and identify new business opportunities within ongoing projects.

What You Bring

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Project Management within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (PS and PP modules), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office at a professional level.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) with a proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder international projects.
• Advanced English proficiency at a professional working level, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach teams, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, make sound decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvement in dynamic, multicultural environments.
