A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Project Management Office and take an active role in driving the success of our Service Business. You’ll oversee sales order creation, ensure timely invoicing, analyze costs, and provide business insights that keep projects on track. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, Logistics, customers, and suppliers, making sure every interaction fuels progress. Each day, you’ll focus on precision, efficiency, and communication—helping our team deliver outstanding results while keeping financials crystal clear.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will manage sales order creation and facilitate prompt invoicing to customers.
• You will control project costs and monitor Field Service activities to ensure profitability.
• You will prepare and present accurate business KPI reports whenever required.
• You will ensure the accuracy of project books and records in systems such as SAP.
• You will partner with Commercial Project Managers and Technical Project Managers to evaluate risks, spot opportunities, and apply effective strategies.

What You Bring

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or a similar field.
• You have over two years of proven experience in Finance.
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• You work independently, are self-organized, and eager to learn.
• You bring strong communication skills and work well in a team.
