A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Controller is responsible for resolving issues and overcoming barriers relating to overdue accounts receivable and working in collaboration with colleagues around the region to ensure working capital is optimized.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Administers Service Projects in SAP system ensuring master data is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Responsible for invoicing across multiple countries
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and ensure cash is collected from customers before the fall due.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely project reporting.
  • Supports Commercial Project Managers to administer, analyse and manage projects.
  • Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
  • Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
  • Supports customer and provides 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
  • Cooperates with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
  • Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and/or technical problems.
  • Supports pre-and/or post sales technical product advice for development, implementation and operation of customer solutions.
  • Invoices Service and Aftermarket fees, ensuring billing plans are correctly reflected.
  • Calculation of new fees based on contractual changes

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
  • High level of Microsoft office
  • Experience with SAP ERP
