A Snapshot of Your Day

To strengthen our manufacturing plant in Trento location, we are looking for a dedicated Production Industrial Engineer who will foster the Manufacturing manager of the factory. In this role you will have the chance to work in a team of specialists and you will full support the management and organization of all manufacturing areas. This will require your daily presence in the factory.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Focus on the optimization elaborate process growing efficiency and productivity
• Verification on material availability and drawings for the planned activity
• Support for coordinating and controlling the manufacturing processes/master workshops for transformer production in Trento.
• Support the plan and ensure compliance with costs, target date, and quality standards in compliance with legal requirements and Siemens Energy guidelines, especially with regard to occupational safety, throughout the entire manufacturing process.

What You Bring

• You ideally have a degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• You are characterized by more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing / production environment (a plus if in the field of transformer)
• Through your professional career you have already gained experience in employee management.
• Very good knowledge of risk, quality and dispute management, working time models, labor law.
• Fluent in English and Italian is required.
• To carry out your activities will be vital to work daily onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management is considered as a plus.
• Experience in customized products is also desirable.
• Fluency in other languages (like German, French or Spanish) is a plus
