A Snapshot of Your Day
As Product Management Omnivise Ecosystem Platform, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, focusing on technical, commercial, and operational aspects to further develop the platform and drive business success within Siemens Energy’s digital portfolio.The role includes strategic platform leadership, cross-functional product development, and commercial performance management - from defining the vision and roadmap to ensuring successful market introduction. We are looking for an experienced leader with strong expertise in software platform management, solid business and technical understanding, and the ability to successfully guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Omnivise Ecosystem Platform
- Development and maintenance of the platform value proposition and multi-year product roadmap for cloud and on-premise solutions
- Strategic stakeholder management and executive consulting through data-driven recommendations on platform strategy and investment priorities
- Definition and prioritization of product requirements as well as cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, sales, and marketing teams
- Market analysis, competitive monitoring, and identification of growth opportunities to support product and investment decisions
- Management of commercialization strategies, go-to-market activities, and commercial performance including budgeting, KPI monitoring, and business development
What You Bring- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Extensive experience in product management for software platforms, cloud services, or digital ecosystems
- Proven leadership experience in managing complex products and influencing executive-level business decisions
- Expertise in strategic planning, product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and value proposition development
- Strong business acumen, market research capabilities, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, agile methodology, and program management skills as well as fluency in business English is required; German language skills are an advantage
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
